Cancellations:
Please contact us if you need to cancel an order - we accept cancellations any time before the item(s) are shipped.
Shipping Policy
We ship within 4-6 business days if the item is available. If placing a custom order, know that a six week cure time is required for all cold-process soap orders. We will do our absolute best to make your soap as quickly as possible and ship it to you the day that curing is done!
We currently only ship to the continental US.
Shipping costs will be shown in your cart before ordering and reflect the lowest possible cost to you. We do not artificially raise our prices to cover shipping. Orders over $50 ship free!
Returns
We do not accept returns and exchanges unless received damaged or defective.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order - we want you to be truly happy with our products!
